SUPER YUMMY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!

I don't know about any of you, but I have always had such a hard time with my cookies turning out to be so hard.  While some people prefer their cookies this way, I love my cookies to be super soft and moist.  I have a snickerdoodle recipe that I LOVE because every time I make them they come out delish!  (I will post that recipe soon)  I found this recipe for these chocolate chip cookies claiming to be very soft and moist, so I thought I'd give it a try!  Let. me. tell. you. what.!!  They were AMAZING!!!  The trick is substituting CORNSTARCH for baking powder!  It's that simple, yes.  I promise you, these are SO yummy.  Here is the link to the blog where I found the recipe I used. But, from what I gather, you can do this to ANY recipe!  Give it a try!  You wont be disappointed! :)
Baked Spaghetti by Trisha Yearwood

I had never made a baked spaghetti dish until this one.  This recipe was very good!  It wasn't my favorite, but it was very good!  The kids found it a bit spicy, so I would definatley use an extra can of regular tomatoes next time instead of the rotel.  But if you like things with a little bite to them you should try it!!  Just remember, that all recipes can be changed to your liking! :)

Beer Crockpot Chicken

Beer Crockpot Chicken

Being on a tight budget and feeding a family of 8, I am willing to try anything.  I have to say, this was a huge disappointment.  While the chicken was very moist, it had no flavor and I didn't care for it at all.  My kids devoured the chicken tho, so I guess that is a plus. Here is the link to the recipe!  I guess this is one of those that you either like or hate.

DELICIOUS RECIPE!!!!

Chicken Crescent Roll Casserole

This has got to be one of the best recipes yet, I have tried from Pinterest.  I knew it would be yummy, just from the list of ingredients, but I had NO idea how yummy it would really turn out!  ALL six of my kids and my husband and I LOVED it!!  I really hope that you try this, because trust me, It is definatley worth it!!     MUST try this recipe!!! :)
